Stephen Henderson is the latest addition to the Tick Box Conveyancing team, as the practice adds another licensed conveyancer to its ranks.
The addition of Stephen takes the firm’s licenced conveyancer count to six as it continues to grow to ensure the ongoing satisfaction of its clientele.
Stephen brings a wealth of conveyancing experience to the Tick Box team, having built up experience in law firms, conveyancing practices and as a self-employed conveyancer.
Having spent the last three years as a self-employed conveyancer, occasionally providing relief conveyancing services to a number of law firms, Stephen said he wanted his next move to be within a specialist conveyancing practice.
“I just think that working with a conveyancing practice is a much more transparent way to act for the client when it comes to conveyancing,” he said.
“It’s a very specialised area, so I think it’s good to work in an organisation that specialises in that field.”
Stephen has worked extensively in the Thornbury and Northcote areas and has acted for both purchasers and vendors as well as having solid experience in off-the-plan developments.
